International Summit for Community Wireless Networks

Is there only one opportunity to discuss digital inclusion and digital opportunity programs? I'd like to learn how we are increasing Internet adoption and use, not just Internet access. I see several colleagues who are attending who can share really useful examples and advice. Is there just one session where this will be appropriate?
